In the course of our general business practices, in order to perform title processing services, we often need to share customers’ NPI with certain third parties. Examples of these third parties include lenders from whom we are seeking payoff information, homeowners’ association management companies and mortgage service providers. Exclusive Processing Solutions NEVER sells NPI to anyone.

We restrict access to your NPI to those who need to know such information in order to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your NPI.
